Soccer Recap: Turkey Valley Takes a Loss

Turkey Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the Decorah-North Winneshiek Vikings, falling 6-0. Turkey Valley were not able to make up for their loss to Decorah-North Winneshiek from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Turkey Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Decorah-North Winneshiek, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-7-6.

Looking ahead, Turkey Valley is taking a road trip to challenge Waverly-Shell Rock at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Decorah-North Winneshiek, they will square off against Hudson at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
