Softball Game Preview: Loganville Red Devils vs. Roswell Hornets

For the second straight game, Loganville will face off against Roswell. The Red Devils will welcome the Hornets at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Loganville 3.6, Roswell 3.9) so any runs scored will be well earned.

Loganville is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Monday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Roswell a 16-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Red Devils, who have now won 16 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Loganville, bringing their record up to 27-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.8 runs over those games. As for Roswell, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 18-9.
