Volleyball Recap: Plano Comes Up Short

Plano lost against Serena back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Reapers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Huskers.

Plano was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring 20 points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-20.

Natalia Olson paced Plano's offense, picking up six kills. Olson got some help from Camila Nunez and her 11 assists. Finally, Jayda Burau kept Plano's defense grounded, leading the team with two blocks.

Plano's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Serena, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-3-1.

Plano didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Woodstock on the 10th. As for Serena, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against LaMoille on the 11th.
