Softball Recap: Howard Comes Up Short

Howard fell victim to Harlem and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 16-0 to the Bulldogs. The Huskies just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Howard's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Harlem, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 19-6.

Looking ahead, Howard will look to defend their home field on Monday against Southwest at 4:30 p.m. As for Harlem, they will head out to take on Grovetown at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Bulldogs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Warriors have averaged an impressive 9.3 runs per game this season.
