Vacaville has gone 9-1 against Vanden recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Vacaville Bulldogs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Vanden Vikings at 7:00 p.m. Vacaville will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

Vacaville's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Pioneer as Vacaville made off with a 6-0 win. Considering the Bulldogs have won seven matches by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Pioneer with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Sophia Franzoni (2), Katie Thomas (2), Sophia Brenes, and Elena Vera.

Meanwhile, Vanden had just enough and edged Wood out 2-1 on Tuesday. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Vikings' disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 663rd, while the Wildcats are ranked 140th).

Vacaville has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-1-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 28 goals over those seven games. As for Vanden, their win bumped their record up to 3-4.

Everything went Vacaville's way against Vanden when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as Vacaville made off with a 4-0 victory. Does Vacaville have another victory up their sleeve, or will Vanden turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
