Soccer Recap: Corona Comes Up Short

Corona was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Centennial Huskies. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-0 back in January.

Corona's loss dropped their record down to 7-10-3. As for Centennial, their win bumped their record up to 12-8-2.

Corona will host Roosevelt at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Centennial, they and King will meet in a dog eat dog contest at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
