Softball Recap: Panama's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Panama had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Hartshorne Miners. This was payback for the Razorbacks, who suffered a 4-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

Panama's win bumped their record up to 14-4. As for Hartshorne, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 20-9 record this season.

Panama will square off against Smithville at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Razorbacks 2.8, the Braves 3.4) so any runs scored will be well earned. Hartshorne does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
