Baseball Recap: Edgewood Academy Comes Up Short

Edgewood Academy and Lakeside School squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Edgewood Academy had to settle for second. They came up short against the Chiefs, falling 11-5. The Wildcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Chiefs earlier this season, when they won 8-5.

Edgewood Academy's loss dropped their record down to 20-12. As for Lakeside School, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 48-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Edgewood Academy nor Lakeside School have any future games scheduled.
