Basketball Recap: Five Straight Home Victories for San Juan Hills

San Juan Hills had won four straight home games and Anna Shreeve did her part to make it five on Thursday. The San Juan Hills Stallions blew past the Aliso Niguel Wolverines 52-25 thanks in part to Shreeve, who went 8 of 20 on her way to 19 points along with eight steals and seven boards. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played.

The team also got some help courtesy of Finley Campbell, who posted three points and five rebounds. That's the most boards she has posted since back in December of 2024.

San Juan Hills has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.8 points per game. As for Aliso Niguel, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. San Juan Hills will square off against Trabuco Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Aliso Niguel has already played their next matchup (against Dana Hills), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
