Soccer Game Preview: North vs. Berea-Midpark

The North Rangers will challenge the Berea-Midpark Titans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses apiece.

North fell victim to Stow-Munroe Falls and their airtight defense on Saturday. They came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 4-0. While losing is never fun, North can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 271st, while Stow-Munroe Falls are ranked 124th).

Meanwhile, Berea-Midpark managed to keep up with Cleveland Heights until halftime on Saturday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Titans lost 3-0 to the Tigers.

Berea-Midpark's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11-3. As for North, their loss dropped their record down to 5-8-2.

North couldn't quite get it done against Berea-Midpark in their previous matchup back in September of 2017 as they fell 3-1. Can the Rangers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
