Troy waltzed into their contest on Friday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came out on top against the Butler Aviators by a score of 31-21. This was payback for the Trojans, who suffered a 21-13 loss the last time these two teams met.

Troy's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Butler, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-3.

Troy and Butler should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings. The Trojans will face off against Sidney at 7:00 p.m. on Friday with a big rank advantage (55 vs. 523).
