Soccer Recap: Apalachee Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lanier, Apalachee was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Newton Rams by a score of 3-1. The Wildcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Rams, too.

The win got Apalachee back to even at 1-1. As for Newton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Apalachee face off against the Seckinger at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Newton, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Rockdale County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
