Given that the pair suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Meanwhile, West Greene's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They were the victim of a rough 69-46 loss at the hands of Charleroi. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for West Greene in their matchups with the Cougars: they've now lost four in a row.
Jefferson-Morgan's loss was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-14. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 25.6 points per game. As for West Greene, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-13.
Jefferson-Morgan lost to the Pioneers on the road by a decisive 52-38 margin when the teams last played back in January. Can Jefferson-Morgan avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
