Soccer Game Preview: Garces Memorial vs. Ridgeview

The Garces Memorial Rams will take on the Ridgeview Wolf Pack at 11:10 a.m. on Thursday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Garces Memorial had to kick off their season on the road on Wednesday, but they showed no ill effects. They skirted past Independence 2-1. The Rams' winning goal came courtesy of Makenzie Walker.

Meanwhile, after low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Ridgeview brought some dynamite into their most recent contest. They were the clear victor by a 4-1 margin over Wasco on Tuesday. With the Wolf Pack ahead 3-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Garces Memorial beat Ridgeview 2-0 when the teams last played back in December of 2023. Will Garces Memorial repeat their success, or does Ridgeview have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
