Volleyball Recap: Dripping Springs Comes Up Short

Dripping Springs was the 2-0 winner over Reagan when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers fell 3-1 to the Rattlers on Tuesday. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dripping Springs started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-21, 25-23, 25-17.

Dripping Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Reagan, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-4.

Coming up, Dripping Springs will be taking part in a tournament against O'Connor at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Reagan, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will challenge Long Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
