Soccer Recap: Jasper County Takes a Loss

Jasper County entered their match against Lamar County on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Jasper County Hurricanes came up short against the Lamar County Trojans, falling 3-0. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Hurricanes couldn't quite close it out.

Jasper County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Lamar County, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Coming up, Jasper County will head out to square off against Utopian Academy for the Arts at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lamar County, they will host Towers at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Towers will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Lamar County surely won't give up without a fight.
