Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Moravia). They blew past Baxter 12-3 on Saturday. The Mohawks not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since June 6th (when they won 10-0).
Moravia's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-19. As for Baxter, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-15.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Moravia will take on Southeast Warren at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Mohawks will need to watch out since the Warhawks have now posted at least ten runs in their last five games. As for Baxter, they will face off against North Tama at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
