Soccer Recap: Elsie Allen Comes Up Short

Elsie Allen was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Santa Rosa Panthers. If the Lobos were looking for revenge after losing 1-0 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Elsie Allen's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Santa Rosa, they moved to 3-6 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Elsie Allen will venture away from home to challenge Rancho Cotate at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Santa Rosa, they will head out to square off against Piner at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Piner is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.4 goals per game this season.
