Baseball Recap: Twiggs Academy Takes a Loss

Twiggs Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the John Hancock Academy Rebels, falling 10-2. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Rebels this season, with their most recent defeat being a 11-0 loss on Friday.

Twiggs Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for John Hancock Academy, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-1.

Twiggs Academy wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 21-2 loss against David Emanuel Academy on the 18th. As for John Hancock Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 7-2 defeat against Thomas Jefferson Academy on the 18th.
