Basketball Recap: Alana Clark Key Part of a Team Effort in Coyotes Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Canyon, Castaic was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Beverly Hills Normans as the Castaic Coyotes made off with a 48-24 win.

Castaic's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Alana Clark led the charge by going 5 for 7 to rack up 15 points and three blocks. The dominant performance also gave Clark a new career-high in shooting accuracy (71%). Kahlia Tyndall was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on nine points and 15 boards.

Castaic's victory bumped their record up to 7-18. As for Beverly Hills, they dropped their record down to 13-14 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.
