Softball Recap: Norcross Snaps Five-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Norcross's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They put the hurt on the South Gwinnett Comets with a sharp 16-6 victory. Considering the Blue Devils' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Norcross wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 9-1 victory against Northview on the 6th. As for South Gwinnett, they will face off against Archer at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers' pitching crew has only allowed 1.9 runs per game this season, so the Comets' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
