California scored the most points they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They were beaten by the Clairton Bears 83-56. The Trojans haven't had much luck with the Bears recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Iyanna Wade continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Clairton, putting up 40 points. That makes it 16 consecutive games in which Wade has scored at least a third of Clairton's points. Another player making a difference was K Fuqua, who posted 17 points.

California's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Clairton, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-4.

California has already played their next game, a 68-48 win against Charleroi on the 29th. As for Clairton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 74-27 victory against Carrick on the 29th.
