Soccer Recap: Borrego Springs Takes a Loss

Borrego Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the West Shores Wildcats. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-0 back in December of 2024.

Borrego Springs' loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for West Shores, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-7.

Borrego Springs will host Julian at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for West Shores, they will head out on the road to square off against Vincent Memorial at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
