Liberty Charter is 8-2 against Health Sciences since January of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Liberty Charter Lions are taking a road trip to take on the Health Sciences Serpents at 3:15 p.m. Liberty Charter is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games.

If Health Sciences heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Liberty Charter took over last week. Liberty Charter's defense stepped up to hand High Tech NC a 3-0 shutout on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Lions, who have now won six contests by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit High Tech NC with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Charley Glass, Cambria Sanchez, and Ava Lansford.

Meanwhile, Health Sciences sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 win over Crawford on Monday.

Liberty Charter's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-4-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three games. As for Health Sciences, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.

Liberty Charter took their victory against Health Sciences when the teams last played two weeks ago by a conclusive 6-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Liberty Charter since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
