Football Recap: Deerfield Academy Takes a Loss

Deerfield Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Williston Northampton Wildcats, falling 42-7. The game marked the Big Green's lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Deerfield Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Williston Northampton, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Deerfield Academy is set to take on their familiar foe Phillips Exeter Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Williston Northampton will challenge rival Cheshire Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
