Massachusetts High School Football - Deerfield Academy crushed by Williston Northampton
October 11, 2025: Easthampton, MA 01027 Williston Northampton Wildcats (Easthampton, MA) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team crush the visiting Deerfield Academy Big Green (Deerfield, MA), 42-7 in a league test.
The Wildcats now hold a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Cheshire Academy for a Northeast Prep test on Friday, October 17. Williston Northampton will meet a Cats squad coming off a 21-14 league win over Brunswick School (Greenwich, CT). The Cats record now stands at 3-2.
With the defeat, Deerfield Academy moves to 1-4 on the season. The Big green host Phillips Exeter Academy (Exeter, NH) to play the Lions in a Northeast Prep challenge on Saturday, October 18. The Lions go into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Phillips Exeter Academy won 38-21 in their recent non-league challenge against Salisbury School (Salisbury, CT)
