With a playoff win on the line, Coahulla Creek rose to the challenge on Friday. They put the hurt on the Sumter County Panthers with a sharp 7-1 victory. The win was familiar territory for Coahulla Creek, who have now won four games in a row.

Their offense was hitting Sumter County from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Diego Fraire led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Coahulla Creek's victory bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Sumter County, they moved to 12-7 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Coahulla Creek nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
