Basketball Recap: South El Monte Eagles vs. Gabrielino Eagles
South El Monte lost against Gabrielino last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The South El Monte Eagles came up short against the Gabrielino Eagles, falling 62-41. South El Monte has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Justine Lucero and Brianna Mendoza certainly did their best on Monday to avoid the loss. Lucero posted 20 points and three steals, while Mendoza had seven points and six steals.
