Axtell has gone 8-2 against Frankfort recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Eagles will host the Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. Axtell's defense has only allowed 5.7 points per game this season, so Frankfort's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Axtell is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Kansas' top teams: Hanover, who was ranked first at the time (Axtell was ranked eighth). The Eagles took a 26-18 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats on Friday. The game marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Frankfort). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Wakefield 58-12. The win was nothing new for the Wildcats as they're now sitting on three straight.

Having lost for the first time this season, Axtell fell to 6-1. As for Frankfort, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
