Basketball Recap: Notre Dame (SO) Takes a Loss

Notre Dame (SO) was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were dealt a 64-25 loss at the hands of the Harvard-Westlake Wolverines. The match marked the Knights' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Despite the defeat, Notre Dame (SO) saw an underclassman step up: freshman Siena Ostick posted nine points. Another player making a difference was Zi Kennybrew, who earned six points.

Notre Dame (SO)'s loss dropped their record down to 12-15. As for Harvard-Westlake, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 20-5.

Notre Dame (SO) has already played their next game, a 91-24 defeat against Sierra Canyon on the 5th. As for Harvard-Westlake, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 67-61 loss against Marlborough on the 4th.
