Volleyball Game Preview: Sunnyside Blue Devils vs. Tucson High Magnet School Badgers

Sunnyside hasn't had much luck against Tucson High Magnet School recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Blue Devils will face off against the Badgers at 5:30 p.m.

Sunnyside is headed into Thursday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their ninth straight game on Tuesday. They came up short against Rincon/University, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-11, 25-16.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Tucson High Magnet School, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They came out on top against Marana by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday.

The win didn't come easy: Marana scored at least 22 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-22, 21-25, 25-23.

Sunnyside's loss dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Tucson High Magnet School, their victory bumped their record up to 11-14.
