Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Pius X). They never let the Grants Pirates get on the board and left with an 11-0 win on Tuesday. St. Pius X's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last four contests.

Their offense was hitting Grants from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Diego Herrera led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by himself.

St. Pius X's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-1-3. Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 26 goals over those four matchups. As for Grants, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-15 record this season.
