Basketball Recap: Friday's Win Is Chaparral's Fourth in Last Five Outings

The Chaparral Pumas skirted past the Murrieta Valley Nighthawks 58-55 thanks in part to Faasua, who dropped a double-double on 34 points and 16 rebounds. Those 34 points gave her a new career-high.

Chaparral is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season. As for Murrieta Valley, they dropped their record down to 13-9 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.
