Baseball Game Preview: Hercules Titans vs. De Anza Dons

Hercules hasn't had much luck against De Anza recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Hercules Titans will face off against the De Anza Dons at 4:00 p.m. Neither Hercules nor De Anza posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Titans on Wednesday. Hercules and Skyline finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw. The matchup marked the first time this season in which Hercules was not able to get on the board.

Meanwhile, De Anza was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 12-1 to Pittsburg.

De Anza saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ian Garcia, who scored a run while going 2-for-2. That's the most hits Garcia has posted since back in April of 2024.

With that draw, Hercules' record moves to 3-5-1. As for De Anza, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.
