Soccer Recap: Etiwanda's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Etiwanda fought the good fight in their overtime game against Los Osos on Wednesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Los Osos Grizzlies by a score of 2-1. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Eagles came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 20th, while the Grizzlies are ranked 204th).

Etiwanda's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-4-2. As for Los Osos, they moved to 8-11-2 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

As of now, neither Etiwanda nor Los Osos have any future games scheduled.
