Softball Recap: Trenton Comes Up Short

After flying high against Lafayette County last Saturday, Trenton came back down to earth. Trenton came up short against South Harrison on Thursday, falling 11-1. Trenton has struggled against South Harrison recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Trenton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for South Harrison, their win was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trenton will square off against Princeton at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for South Harrison, they will be playing at home against Lathrop at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
