Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Newcastle). They never let the Ardmore Tigers get on the board and left with a 22-0 victory on Thursday. The win was familiar territory for the Racers, who have now won eight games in a row.

Newcastle's victory bumped their record up to 19-4-1. As for Ardmore, they are on a 28-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-22.

Looking ahead, Newcastle will welcome Norman North at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Ardmore does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
