Basketball Recap: Potter Valley Comes Up Short

Potter Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 18th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Round Valley Mustangs, falling 61-12. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bearcats of the 70-21 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February.

Potter Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Round Valley, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Potter Valley will be home for the holidays to greet Laytonville at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Round Valley, they will welcome Grace Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
