Football Recap: Larkin Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Larkin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the South Elgin Storm and fell 55-13. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Royals of the 56-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Larkin's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for South Elgin, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Larkin is set to square off against their familiar foe Aurora East at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, South Elgin will face off against rival West Aurora at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
