Pacific Ridge waltzed into their matchup on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Classical Academy Caimans. The Firebirds wouldn't have won without Taylor Geiger, who scored the game-winner.

Pacific Ridge's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-6-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored eight goals over those three contests. As for Classical Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-7-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pacific Ridge will venture away from home to square off against Francis Parker at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Classical Academy, they will face off against Santa Fe Christian at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
