Recap: Temple City Rams vs. Blair Vikings
The Temple City Rams posted their biggest victory since December 18, 2023 on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 59-24 win over Blair on the road. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 33-6.
Temple City can attribute much of their success to Erica Yang, who shot 4-for-4 from downtown and dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Yang has scored all season. Kristi Huynh was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with four steals.
Temple City is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-10 record this season. As for Blair, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-17.
Temple City will head out on the road to take on South Pasadena at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. South Pasadena will be looking to keep their six-game home win streak alive. Blair will take on San Marino at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. San Marino presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Blair in California (San Marino is ranked 527th, while Blair is ranked 1223rd).
