Soccer Recap: Langston Hughes Comes Up Short

Langston Hughes was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 10-1 to the Dutchtown Bulldogs. The Panthers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 5-0.

Langston Hughes' loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Dutchtown, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Langston Hughes will host Northgate at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Dutchtown, they will be playing at home against Banneker at 8:00 p.m. on Monday.
