Basketball Recap: Galeton Comes Up Short

Galeton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 41st straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Coudersport Falcons, falling 67-15. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 74-18 back in January.

Lynlee Basile was Galeton's leading scorer, having posted 12 points.

Galeton's loss dropped their record down to 0-20. As for Coudersport, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-6.

Galeton will face off against Port Allegany at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Coudersport has already played their next matchup (against Austin), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
