Troy now has a losing record of 1-2-1. As for Fairmont, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-0-1.

Looking ahead, Troy is taking a road trip to face off against Greenville at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Troy will be up against Greenville's rather soft defense (which has allowed 12.5 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Fairmont, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Springboro at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Fairmont's defense better be ready for this one: Springboro have averaged an impressive 4.6 goals per game this season.
