Foyil's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They took down the Welch Wildcats 28-12. The Panthers pushed the score to 28-6 by the end of the third, a deficit the Wildcats cut but never quite recovered from.

Although Welch took the loss, they still got scores from Eric Pitcher and Colton Moss.

Foyil now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Welch, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Looking ahead, Foyil will square off against South Coffeyville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Welch, they are taking a road trip to face off against Cave Springs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
