Volleyball Game Preview: Union City Indians vs. Cambridge City Lincoln Golden Eagles

Union City is 2-8 against Cambridge City Lincoln since September of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Indians will take on the Golden Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Monday, Union City came up short against Bradford and fell 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 22-25, 25-16, 25-5.

Meanwhile, Cambridge City Lincoln lost 3-0 to Knightstown on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Golden Eagles have suffered against the Panthers since September 26, 2019.

The final score came out to 25-5, 25-19, 25-13.

Cambridge City Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Union City, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-15.

Union City couldn't quite get it done against Cambridge City Lincoln when the teams last played back in October of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Indians avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
