Softball Recap: Grand View Christian Comes Up Short

If Grand View Christian was feeling good fresh off their 9-1 takedown of Lynnville-Sully last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Thunder lost 7-1 to the Earlham Cardinals on Wednesday. The loss continues a trend for the Thunder in their meetings with the Cardinals: they've now lost four in a row.

Grand View Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 21-7. As for Earlham, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-18.

Grand View Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Earlham, they have already played their next match, a 1-0 loss against Audubon on the 11th.
