Football Game Preview: Artesia Bulldogs vs. Roswell Coyotes + Official Tickets

After each having a week off, the Artesia Bulldogs and the Roswell Coyotes will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Artesia knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 31 points or more in their past seven contests -- so hopefully Roswell likes a good challenge.

Artesia's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed last Friday. They claimed a resounding 58-0 win over Santa Teresa. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Desert Warriors recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Roswell faced Gadsden in a battle between two of the state's top teams last Friday. The Coyotes took down the Panthers 33-14.

Artesia's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Roswell, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2.

Artesia ended up a good deal behind Roswell when the teams last played back in November of 2024, losing 41-22. Can the Bulldogs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
