Softball Recap: Greene County Beats Southeast Valley for Their Ninth Straight Victory

Greene County waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They came out on top against the Southeast Valley Jaguars by a score of 5-2. This was payback for the Rams, who suffered a 12-4 loss the last time these two teams met.

Greene County pushed their record up to 15-9 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.0 runs over those games. As for Southeast Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-9.
