Softball Recap: Tishomingo Comes Up Short

Tishomingo came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Roff Tigers, falling 9-1. If the Indians were looking for revenge after losing 4-3 to the Tigers when the teams met back in September of 2020, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Tishomingo now has a losing record of 12-13. As for Roff, they pushed their record up to 18-7 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Tishomingo will be playing in front of their home fans against Dickson at 5:00 p.m. on the 23rd. As for Roff, they will head out to square off against Kiowa at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
